a happy man!

I am very happy to acknowledge that a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 arrived by registered mail this morning from Derek Austin at Nuance in Sydney (and that it was actually a superior edition to the one I originally ordered). Despite my gripe above, I think it is an excellent product so I'm looking forward to using it. The organisation I work for has been contemplating buying it, and I'll be happily recommending it to them once more!
